2. Requirements of part 1 of article 9 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 244-FZ "About state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings and about modification of some legal acts of the Russian Federation" do not extend to the territory of Krasnodar Krai till January 1, 2019.
3. Activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings in the gambling zone specified regarding 1 this Article can be performed by organizers of gamblings based on the permissions to implementation of such activities issued till July 23, 2014.
