"5. In case of establishment to the citizen of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in organizations and bodies, determined by the head of federal executive body in which the employee served, the monthly monetary compensation with the subsequent collection of paid amounts of the specified compensation from perpetrators according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation is paid to disability owing to the military injury got in connection with accomplishment of the service duties and which excluded possibility of further service in organizations and bodies, to it according to the procedure. The size of monthly monetary compensation is estimated proceeding from the size of salary of monthly monetary pay and the size of the monthly allowance to salary of monthly monetary pay for service length (length of service) accepted for calculation of pensions using the following coefficients:
1) concerning the disabled person of the I group - 1;
2) concerning the disabled person of the II group - 0,5;
3) concerning the disabled person of III group - 0,3.".
