Article 1

Bring in article 8 of the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 No. 115-FZ "About legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 30, Art. 3032; 2006, No. 30, Art. 3286; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2010, No. 21, Art. 2524; No. 31, Art. 4196; 2012, No. 47, Art. 6397; No. 53, Art. 7645; 2014, No. 16, Art. 1828) following changes:

1) Item 3.1 to add with the subitem 3 following of content:

"3) to the foreign citizens who arrived to the Russian Federation in the emergency mass procedure, recognized as refugees in the territory of the Russian Federation or were granted provisional asylum in the territory of the Russian Federation and became participants of the State program on rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation the compatriots living abroad and also to the members of their families who moved together with them to the Russian Federation.";

To add 2) with Item 3.4 of the following content:

"3.4. The residence permit is issued to the foreign citizen and members of his family specified in the subitem 3 of Item 3.1 of this Article on effective period of the certificate of the participant of the State program on rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation the compatriots living abroad.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after ninety days after day of its official publication.
