Article 12.31.1 to add 1) with parts 4 - 6 following contents:
"4. Implementation of transportations of passengers and loads by road transport and urban land electric transportation with violation of requirements of safety of transportations of passengers and loads in the special conditions provided by Rules of safety of transportations of passengers and loads by road transport and urban land electric transportation -
attracts imposing of administrative penalty on the driver in the amount of two thousand five hundred rubles; on officials - twenty thousand rubles; on legal entities - hundred thousand rubles.
5. Implementation of transportations of passengers and loads by road transport and urban land electric transportation with violation of the requirement about prohibition to allow drivers to the work connected with control of vehicles without passing of the corresponding instructing by them provided by Rules of safety of transportations of passengers and loads by road transport and urban land electric transportation -
attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials in the amount of ten thousand rubles; on legal entities - thirty thousand rubles.
