About introduction of amendments to articles 153.1 and 159 of the Arbitral Procedure Code of the Russian Federation

Bring in the Arbitral Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 30, Art. 3012; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4197) following changes:
1) in Article 153.1:
a) regarding 1 word "the relevant Arbitration Courts" shall be replaced with words "Arbitration Courts or courts of law";
b) add with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. If court with assistance of which person participating in case, and other participants of arbitral procedure can participate in judicial session by use of systems of video conferencing is the court of law, the Arbitration Court considering case takes out determination about carrying out such judicial session according to Articles 184 and 185 of this Code. The copy of the arbitration court ruling goes to court of law which provides carrying out judicial session by use of systems of video conferencing according to article 155.1 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.";
To add 2) regarding 4 articles 159 after the words "with indication of Arbitration Court" with the words "or court of law" "which" word to replace with the word of "which".
