1) in Article 12.23:

a) regarding 1 word "parts 2 and 3" shall be replaced with words "parts 2 - 6";

b) to state paragraph two of part 3 in the following edition:

c) add with parts 4 - 6 following contents:

"4. Organized transportation of group of children by the buses which are not conforming to requirements of Rules of organized transportation of group of children by buses, or the driver, not relevant requirements of the specified Rules or without agreement of chartering if availability of such document is provided by the specified Rules, or without program of route, or without list of children, or without list of the appointed attendants provided by the specified Rules -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on the driver in the amount of three thousand rubles; on officials - twenty five thousand rubles; on legal entities - hundred thousand rubles.

5. Violation of requirements to transportation of the children at night established by Rules of organized transportation of group of children by buses -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on the driver in the amount of five thousand rubles or deprivation of the right of control of vehicles for a period of four up to six months; on officials - fifty thousand rubles; on legal entities - two hundred thousand rubles.

6. Violation of requirements to transportation of the children established by Rules of organized transportation of group of the children by buses, except as specified, provided by parts 4 and 5 of this Article -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials in the amount of twenty five thousand rubles; on legal entities - hundred thousand rubles.";

d) add with the note of the following content:

"Note. Bear the administrative responsibility for the administrative offenses provided by this Article, the faces performing business activity without formation of legal entity as legal entities.";
