About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About highways and road activities"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 10, 2002 "About highways and road activities" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2002, No. 4, h 1, Art. 296; 2009, No. 7-8, of Art. 498; 2013, No. 7, Art. 527, No. 12, Art. 895) following changes and amendments:

1. To write the name of the Law with capital letters.

2. To state preamble of the Law in the following edition:

"This Law determines legal and organizational basis of road activities and is aimed at the development of highway network, improvement of use by them for the purpose of ensuring transportation of citizens and loads.".

3. To designate Chapters of the Law in the Arab figures.

4. To state the name of Chapter 1 in the following edition:

"Chapter 1. General provisions".

5. In Article 1:

- to exclude from the text of Article of the word "and terms"";

- designate paragraphs the hyphen is familiar "-";

- in paragraphs three, the fifth, sixth and eighth words "legal entities and physical persons" shall be replaced with words "physical persons and legal entities";

- word in paragraph ten to "legal entities and physical persons" shall be replaced with words to "physical persons and legal entities";

- add with paragraphs the thirteenth and fourteenth the following content:

"-objects of road service - the building, constructions, other objects intended for servicing of participants of traffic (gas stations, terminals, hotels, parking for vehicles);

- paid highways - highways which use is performed on paid basis according to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan;".
