In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2007 No. 963 "About procedure for establishment of the mode at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 1, the Art. 16) words "Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation".
