About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning improvement and sanatorium treatment of the population

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Item 11 of the Charter of the Republican center for improvement and sanatorium treatment of the population approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 27, 2006 No. 942 "About approval of the Charter of the Republican center for improvement and sanatorium treatment of the population and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 125, 5/22668; 2011, No. 39, 5/33583; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.04. 2014, 5/38712):

in part two of the word "in coordination with the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Belarus supervising questions of sanatorium treatment and improvement of the population" shall be replaced with words "Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in coordination with Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus";
