for the purpose of enhancement of the development mechanism and use of satellite communication and broadcasting of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan, satisfaction of their needs for creation of high-quality digital channels of communication and distribution of television and radio programs, and also development of modern digital channels of communication and jobs preservation in the space industry and communication,

agreed about the following:

Article 1

The parties will coordinate actions of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan in the international organizations of communication, including space communication - INTERSPUTNIK, EVTELSAT, INTELSAT, pursuing coordinated policy.
