About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of effective ensuring activities of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 117 the following changes:

- in paragraph eight of Item 3 of the word "The Kyrgyz Scientific and Technological Center "Energiya" under the Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words "Research institution of power and economy under the Ministry of Economics";

- in the scheme of management of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

2. Bring in the order of the Government Kyrgyz "About creation of the State company "Kyrgyzkomur" of June 2, 2012 No. 360 the following changes:

- in Items 3 and 4 after the word "Kyrgyzkomur" to add with the words "under the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic";

- in Item 8 of the word of "the real sector and infrastructure" shall be replaced with words "the industries, fuel and energy complex and subsurface use";
