1. 1) of Item 1 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) Regulations of the state service "Apostilization of Education Documents (Originals)" according to appendix 1 to this order";

to appendix 1 to the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this order;

appendix 2 to the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. (Nyusupov S. N.) in established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide to committee on control in the field of science and education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let, and also within five working days in the Republican state company on the right of economic introduction "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
