About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About banks and banking activity"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on February 27, 2010

Article 1. In article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About banks and banking activity" (of June 30, 1996, ZR-68):

a) to add the second paragraph of part 1 with the new offer of the following content: "This exception does not extend to information provided by part four of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bank secrecy";

b) in the second paragraph of part 1 of the word "in the Items "and-e"" shall be replaced with words "in the Items "hell"";

c) add with part 8 of the following content:

"8. Central Bank shall collect quarterly information on acceptance of deposits, loan granting, and also other provided services published by banks and according to the procedure, established by the regulatory legal acts, by quarter, without changes to publish collected information – on banks.".

Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
