About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About banks and banking activity"

Article 1. Article 63 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About banks and banking activity" of June 30, 1996 to add with ZR-68, with part 6 of the following content:
"6. The penalty is applied to the bank which violated requirements of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About consumer crediting" according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About consumer crediting.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective six months later after official publication.
