About modification of Rules of reservation of means on the deposits attracted by authorized bank and the loans (loans) in foreign currency from nonresidents

According to Articles 30, "About the National Bank of Ukraine", and also for the purpose of enhancement of Rules of reservation of means on the deposits attracted by authorized bank and the loans (loans) in foreign currency from the nonresidents approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 18, 2008 No. 171, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 9, 2008 on No. 617/15308, with changes (further - Rules), the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 44 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Item 2 Governed to state in the following edition:

"2. The bank shall reserve means on each transaction of attraction of the deposit, the credit (loan) in foreign currency from the nonresident (further - transaction) at the reservation rate which is established by the separate administrative document of the National Bank of Ukraine".

2. To general department of monetary policy (Scherbakova A. A.) bring contents of this resolution to the attention of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work.

3. I reserve control over the implementation of this resolution.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
