Article 1. Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About banks and banking activity" of June 30, 1996 to add with ZR-68, with part 3 following of content:
"3. Features of the all-Armenian bank are established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the all-Armenian bank"."
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
