About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About banks and banking activity"

Article 1. Item 1 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About banks and banking activity" of June 30, 1996, ZR-68 (further - the Law) to add with the subitem "century 1" the following content:

"century 1) the request for registration of trade name of bank (except for branch of foreign bank), requirements imposed to which the list of the documents submitted with it, and also the relations connected with discussion of the request and registration of trade name and its changes are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About trade names".".

Article 2. To add article 33 of the Law with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. Central Bank within five working days from the moment of registration in return of change of trade name of bank informs on it the state authorized body of registration of legal entities for accomplishment of the corresponding record about change of trade name of bank.".

Article 3. In the second paragraph of part 1 of article 75 of the Law of the word "state authorized body" and their case forms shall be replaced with words Central bank and their corresponding case forms.

Article 4. This Law becomes effective ten days later after official publication.
