About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About banks and banking activity"

Article 1. The law of the Republic of Armenia "About banks and banking activity" of June 30, 1996, ZR-68 (further - the Law) to add with Article 35.1 of the following content:
"Article 35.1. Voluntary accumulative and pension activities
1. Banks can perform voluntary accumulative and pension activities according to the law of the Republic of Armenia "About funded pensions".
2. Banks can offer only voluntary pension schemes of "accumulation pension deposits"."
Article 2. 2 Articles 2, the last paragraph of part 6 of Article 36, the Item "in" parts 1 and part 2 Articles 72, after words of "investment societies" to add part with words of "managing directors of investment societies", and to add part 1 of Article 34 with the Item "zh.1" of the following content:
". 1) in case of compliance to requirements, the established law to perform activities for storage of investment fund (including the pension fund);".
Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
