About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About banks and banking activity"

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 75.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About banks and banking activity" of June 30, 1996, ZR-68:
1) the words "the fourth and fifth" of the fourth paragraph shall be replaced with words "fourth, fifth and sixth";
The sixth paragraph to state 2) in the following edition:
"in the fifth queue – the requirements following from subordinate loans;";
To add 3) after the sixth paragraph with the new paragraph of the following content:
"in the sixth queue – requirements of members of bank.";
4) in the seventh paragraph to replace the words "second and third" with the words "the second, third and fifth", and also to replace the word "fifth" with the word "sixth".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
