In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of the Provision "About Maintaining the State Register of Municipalities and Issue of Certificates to Them" of February 10, 2010 No. 215 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2010, No. 2, Article 79, No. 5, Article 400) to make the following changes:
1. in Item 2.3 of the word "State Committee on the Ground and Cartography" shall be replaced with words "The state committee on property questions".
2. exclude parts 3 and 4.
