Article 1. Part 1 of article 34 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About banks and banking activity" of June 30, 1996, ZR-68 (further - the Law) to add with the Item "r" of the following content:
"p) perform functions of the operator of the account provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About funded pension".
Article 2. To add part 3 of article 73 after the word "terminations"", including – transfers to other persons".
Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
