About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About games with prize and gaming houses"

Article 1. "About games with prize and gaming houses" (on December 13, 2003, ZR-1-N) to add part 2 of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with words ", except as specified, established by this Law".

Article 2. To add article 2 of the Law with the paragraph third the following content:

"Game with Internet prize creation under public or other agreements or without them to the player of possibility of participation in any game with prize (provision of the right of participation somehow, except for Internet totalizator) independently or as the contractor of the order according to the guarantee agreement, as the broker under the commission agreement, as the agency agreement agent, as the guarantor according to the warranty agreement, as the representative (including trade) based on the power of attorney, and also person which is the reseller, or any person, the representative somehow is considered (further – the organizer of games with Internet prize), it is direct (in the gambling hall) and (or) by means of the Internet or any global system of similar sample and any systematized network channels, except for the services in data transmission rendered by means of land network of mobile communication and (or) interactive draws by means of short messages.".

Article 3. To add part 3 of article 6 of the Law after the words "game with prize" with words ", and also game with Internet prize directly (by means of the gambling hall)".

Article 4. To add article 8 of the Law with part 7 of the following content:
