About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About games with prize and gaming houses"

Article 1. "About games with prize and gaming houses" of December 13, 2003 ZR-1-N (further - the Law) to add article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with new concepts of the following content:

executive positions - the head of executive body of the organizer (further - the Director) managing the gambling hall, the head or the responsible of division of internal observations who is engaged in prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism;

the gaming machine - the programmed or mechanical gaming machine or other similar device which gives the chance to one player to participate in game with prize. If the gaming machine gives the chance to participate in game or games with prize more, than to one player, then the number of the programmed or mechanical gaming machines or other similar devices is calculated on the most possible to the number of players on the programmed or mechanical gaming machines or other similar devices;

lobby - the isolated hall adjacent to the main entrance of the gambling hall where identification of players and data entry is carried out to the database;

the real beneficiary - the real beneficiary established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About anti-money laundering and terrorism financing";

the member of the same family - the father, mother, the spouse, the spouse's parents, the grandmother, the grandfather, the sister, the brother, children;

significant participation - participation in 10 and more percent in the authorized capital of the organizer.".

Article 2. Add the law with Articles 4.1 - 4.3 following of content:

"Article 4.1. Requirements imposed to the shareholders, unitholders or participants having significant participation, to their real beneficiaries, holding executive positions to faces of organizers of games with prize, gaming houses and to persons affiliated with them
