About modification and amendments in the Maritime Code of Turkmenistan

"14) the organization of investigation of accidents and incidents on the sea and conducting their accounting;";

exclude the last paragraph;

add with part of the following content:

"2. Investigation of accidents and incidents at the sea is performed according to the Provision approved by Authorized body in the field of water transport.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
