2. To the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation till June 10, 2016 to develop and approve:

methodical recommendations about planning of actions for informatization, and also about preparation of plans of informatization by federal executive bodies and governing bodies of state non-budgetary funds;

rules of preparation of the conclusions about assessment of actions for informatization and drafts of plans of informatization of federal executive bodies and governing bodies of state non-budgetary funds;

methodical recommendations about preparation of reports on accomplishment of plans of informatization of federal executive bodies and governing bodies of state non-budgetary funds, including report form about accomplishment of such plans of informatization;
