1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 141, 5/22781; 2011, No. 73, 5/34017; 2012, No. 40, 5/35491; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 03.07. 2013, 5/37487; 19:02. 2014, 5/38445; 24:10. 2014, 5/39602) the following amendments and changes:

1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

in Item 5:

add Item with subitem 5.55-1 of the following content:

"5.55-1. is national aviation administration (specially authorized body in the field of civil aviation);";

"state" to exclude the word from subitem 5.56;

to be reworded as follows appendix to this Provision it (is applied);

1.2. in Regulations on the Department on aircraft of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

"state" to exclude the word from subitem 4.3 of item 4;

to exclude the word "state" from subitem 5.13 of Item 5;

1.3. in the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus, approved by this resolution:

exclude Item 7;

state Item 12-2 in the following edition:

"12-2. Organization of education "Belarusian state academy of aircraft".";

32, of 33, 37-39, 41 to exclude Items 12-3, 12-4,.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
