About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning refining of the precepts of law regulating questions of determination of categories of persons which are subject to obligatory national pension insurance

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. No. 49-51, of Art. 376 with subsequent changes):

Article 1 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"The term "elderly person" is used in this Law in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of social protection of veterans of work and other citizens of old age in Ukraine";

2) in Item 14 parts one of Article 11 of the word "aged" shall be replaced with words "the elderly person who", and the word "reached" - the word "reached".

2. In the paragraph the thirteenth Item of 1 part one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 2-3, of Art. 11 with subsequent changes) words "aged" shall be replaced with words "the elderly person who", and the word "reached" - the word "reached".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with requirements of this Law.
