About some questions of calculation of market price of issued securities

Based on the paragraph of the eighth of part one of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2015 "About the security market" and Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. market price of issued securities of one release (further - securities) is calculated as weighted average price (rate) of one security on made during the last 60 trading days, including settlement date, to security transactions of this release, calculations for which are perfromed in Belarusian rubles, except for the transactions specified in part two of this subitem:

in trade system of Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange open joint stock company in the modes of the biddings "Simple auction" and "Continuous double auction";

in trade system of other organizer of the securities trading in all modes of the biddings.

Calculation of market price of securities does not join transactions on acquisition (alienation) of shares for the benefit of the Republic of Belarus (its administrative and territorial units) and on share placing.

If with securities during the last 60 trading days less than 10 transactions were made, market price on such securities is not calculated;

1.2. the limiting border of fluctuation of the market share price of one release constitutes 30 percent from the market share price of this release expected the moment of application for purchase (sale) of shares of this release.
