Approve the enclosed Rules of payment to citizens of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in drug trafficking monitoring bodies and psychotropic substances and customs authorities of the Russian Federation, monetary compensation in the amount of the land tax and the property tax of physical persons which is actually paid by them.

2. Financial provision of the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution is performed at the expense of the means provided in the federal budget to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Federal Customs Service on implementation of activities in the established sphere taking into account expenses on delivery of money to payment of the monetary compensation provided by the Rules approved by this resolution.

3. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose from January 1, 2013 to January 1, 2015.
