Article 1.

For the purpose of implementation and development of the cooperation provided by this agreement, the Parties appoint as the head organizations contractors the Federal Service of geodesy and cartography of Russia and Head department of geodesy and cartography under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan respectively for the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The parties if they consider it necessary, can appoint the additional organizations contractors to promote implementation within joint operations and projects of specific types of activity.

Article 3.

1. Taking into account that this agreement establishes organizational framework within which further coordinated actions can be taken, the Parties in need of and in case of mutual interest in more detailed regulation of separate aspects of joint activities, and also for the purpose of development of the relevant standards and principles sign separate working protocols to this agreement.
