1. "4. The Grodno regional customs of Grodno, Berestovitsky, Volkovyssky, Voronovsky, Grodno, Dyatlovsky, Zelvensky, Ivyevsky, Korelichsky, Lidsky, Mostovsky, Novogrudsky, Svislochsky, Slonim, Shchuchinsky districts of the Grodno region, and also Ostrovetsky, Oshmyansky, Smorgon districts of the Grodno region regarding carrying out customs control of customs inspection by department";
1.2. in Item 7 of the word "conducting fight against smuggling and other crimes, administrative offenses, production on cases on which is referred to competence of customs authorities, and carrying out for this purpose customs control" shall be replaced with words "carrying out customs control in forms of verification of documents and data, accounting of the goods which are under customs control";
1.3. state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. Oshmyansky customs Ostrovetsky, Oshmyansky, Smorgon districts of the Grodno region";
1.4. add appendix with Item 10 of the following content:
"10. Operational customs Minsk, the Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, Minsk, Mogilev regions regarding making of customs transactions and carrying out customs control when implementing control actions".
