For the purpose of enhancement of system of accounting and state registration of the rights to the parcels of land, buildings and constructions the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for cadastral division of the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and forming of cadastral numbers of the parcels of land, buildings and constructions according to appendix.
2. Determine that the cadastral numbers assigned according to the scheme approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 21, 1998 No. 35, are considered as valid and are subject to replacement on new in process of carrying out real estate transactions.
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 22.02.2021 No. 87
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on deputies Premieres - the minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Atayev V. Yu. and Holtoyeva T.
