About modification and amendments in the Water code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add article 1 of the Water code of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2002 (further - the Code) with the following concepts:

"water source – waters of the rivers, underground waters, waters of superficial local drain of the Republic of Armenia which gather in natural or artificial water storage basins, drainage waters of drying system;

irrigational water – the water resource used for the purpose of irrigation and conforming to standards of irrigational water which can be both superficial, and underground;

irrigational system – part of water system of the Republic of Armenia which includes irrigational and drainage drainage systems, water utilities, aqueducts, dyuker, subways, flow accelerators, tunnels, drains, storm water outfall, pipelines, hydraulic engineering constructions, the artesian and gushing forth wells, pompovy stations, water storage basins, ponds, office roads with the exclusion zones, buildings and buildings, power lines and other infrastructures, including zones of protection of water ecosystems.".

Article 2. In article 13 of the Code "law" shall be replaced with words the word "the order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia".

Article 3. To add article 14 of the Code with part 4 following of content:

"The regulating commission does not regulate (does not provide permission and does not install rates for use water systems) activities of societies of water users and associations of societies of the water users created according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About societies of water users and associations of societies of water users".".

Article 4. To add part 1 of article 49 of the Code with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) under the agreement of free use by property.".

Article 5. Add the code with Article 55.1 of the following content:

"Article 55.1. Transfer of right to use of water system by means of the agreement of free use by property
