Article 1. To state paragraph 5 of article 33 of the Water code of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2002 in the following edition:
"In case of the positive conclusion of National council of water of permission to water use of persons who addressed for the purpose of receipt of the license for production of electricity (capacities) in the territories which do not have the plan of basin management are issued for a period of 1 year which is considered prolonged equally to period of time of the license for production of electricity (capacities) on hydroelectric power stations, but no more, than for 20 years. After acceptance and entry into force of plans of basin management earlier provided conditions of water use of permissions to water use can be reviewed.".
Article 2. The permissions to water use issued to persons having the building license or recovery of small hydroelectric power stations to the introduction of this Law in force are considered prolonged equally to period of time of the license for production of electricity (capacities) on hydroelectric power stations, but no more than for 20 years.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
