About mutual understanding between authorized bodies of state members of the Collective Security Treaty Organization on military technically cooperation concerning creation and development of network of the service centers and joint businesses in repair and maintenance of arms and military equipment

Authorized bodies of state members of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (further - the CSTO, the Organization) under which authority according to the national legal system of their states questions of military and technical cooperation are (further - the Parties),

being guided by the principles following from fundamental documents of the CSTO, international treaties signed within the Organization, and also other international treaties which participants are state members of the CSTO

attaching priority significance to forming of effective system of technical operation and the repair of arms and military equipment which are on equipment of armed forces, other troops and military forming of state members of the CSTO

proceeding from mutual aspiration to optimization of finance costs, reducing terms and improvement of quality of repair and maintenance, increase in efficiency of technical supply by the spare parts completing with elements and products, and also necessary auxiliary property

considering historically developed close cooperation ties, production and sci-tech cooperation of the defense companies of state members of the CSTO,

in view of mutual interest of developers and producers of arms and military equipment in the organization of field service of the products in the territory of state members of the CSTO,

reached mutual understanding as follows:

1. The parties will help cooperation in the field of creation and development of network of the service centers and joint businesses in repair and maintenance of arms, military equipment and ammunition (further - the service centers and joint businesses) based on the following companies of the industry of state members of the CSTO:

a) the armored equipment, fighting and engineering vehicles based on the companies:

from the Republic of Armenia - Charentsavansky Machine-tool Factory open joint stock company, Mr. Charentsavan;

from the Republic of Belarus - open joint stock company "140th repair plant", Borisov;
