About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About alternative service"

Article 1. In the offer of one article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About alternative service" of December 17, 2003 the word of "February" to replace ZR-6-N (further - the Law) with the word of "May", and the word of "August" - "October".
Article 2. To add part 5 of article 7 of the Law with the new offer of the following content: "In cases of return of the statement according to the procedure, specified in part 4 of this Article, or repeated non-presentation of the statement according to the procedure, specified in this Article, and also statement variations according to part 4 of article 8.1 of this Law, the citizen is subject to appeal on obligatory military service.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
