About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local referendum"

Article 1. Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local referendum" of February 6, 2002, to ZR-304 (further - the Law) to state in the following edition:

"Article 3. The participation right in local referendum

1. In local referendum persons having the right to choose on elections of local government bodies under the Electoral code of the Republic of Armenia have the participation right.".
