About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather social protection of the reservists injured with participation in anti-terrorist operation, and members of their families

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 29, Art. 399 with subsequent changes):

Article 4 after part one to add 1) with new part of the following content:

"Provision of pensions of reservists who became disabled people owing to fulfillment of duties of service in war reserve with direct participation in anti-terrorist operation or ensuring its carrying out, and members of families of persons, the dead or the dead owing to accomplishment of obligations of service in war reserve with direct participation in anti-terrorist operation or ensuring its carrying out is performed according to the procedure, established by this Law for the military personnel of the corresponding equated positions and members of their families".

With respect thereto the second to consider part part three;

Part one of Article 17 to add 2) with the Item "and" of the following content:

"i) service in war reserve with direct participation in anti-terrorist operation or ensuring its carrying out";

Article 43 after part three to add 3) with two new parts of the following content:

"Pensions to persons from among the reservists having pension entitlement under this Law, and members of their families are estimated from the amount of cash cover, considering salaries on position, military (special) rank, percentage length-of-service allowance, monthly additional types of cash cover (the allowance, surcharge, increase) and awards in the sizes established by the legislation for the military personnel of the corresponding equated positions on the date of dismissal from service in war reserve, death, death or announcements of the reservist by the dead.
