About prohibition of distribution of dietary supplements (Dietary supplements) in the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of Art. 4 and 44 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About medicines" I order:
1. To heads of the republican, regional, city, district organizations of health care, Department of health care Bishkek:
1.1. Prohibit sale and advertizing of dietary supplements (Dietary supplements) in the organizations of health care.
1.2. To apply measures of authority punishment to the health workers performing illegal sale and advertizing of dietary supplements (Dietary supplements) in the organizations of health care.
2. To the pharmaceutical organizations:
2.1. Realize dietary supplements (dietary supplements) only in pharmaceutical institutions.
2.2. Prohibit realization of dietary supplements (Dietary supplements) through system of network marketing.
2.3. Realization of the nutritional supplements which are not relating to dietary supplements (Dietary supplements) is performed only through network of retail trade of food.
3. To the CEO ДЛОиМТ (Kurmanov R. A.):
3.1. Prohibit realization of dietary supplements (Dietary supplements) out of pharmaceutical institutions, and also realization of the dietary supplements (Dietary supplements) which did not undergo state registration in accordance with the established procedure.
