About modification of the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 10, the Art. 442) the following changes:

1) in Item 1 of part 2 of Article 34 the word of "law" shall be replaced with words "legislations of the Kyrgyz Republic";

Article 155 to add 2) with part of 1-1 following content:

"(1-1) Order of registration, accounting and movement of statements and messages on crimes is determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

Article 156 to add 3) with part of 1-1 following content:

"(1-1) Criminal cases, and also materials on which the decision on refusal in initiation of legal proceedings is made are subject to registration and accounting.

The order of registration, accounting and movement of criminal cases, and also materials on which the decision on refusal in initiation of legal proceedings is made is determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law to take necessary measures for implementation of this Law.
