Rules of financing of expenses in the field of standardization

1. These rules establish procedure for financing of expenses in the field of standardization.

2. Expenses are financed by the budgetary appropriations provided by the federal budget for the corresponding financial year to Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology on the specified purposes:

a) on development and program implementation of national standartization;

b) on forming, maintaining and publication of the list of national standards and information technical reference manuals, references to which are contained in regulatory legal acts;

c) on conducting examination of drafts of national standards, drafts of preliminary national standards and drafts of the interstate standards included in the program of national standartization;

d) on forming and maintaining Federal information fund of standards, including on creation and operation of federal information systems;

e) on conducting examination of separate drafts of international standards and regional standards;

e) on official publication of information technical reference manuals and the all-Russian qualifiers.

3. Expenses are financed by the budgetary appropriations provided by the federal budget for the corresponding financial year to federal executive bodies, State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" and the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos:
