About introduction of amendments to article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" on escort of the military personnel in case of continuation of treatment in sanatorium organizations

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in Item 3 of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, Art. 190; 2006, No. 51, Art. 519; 2008, No. No. 5-8, of Art. 78; 2014, No. 20-21, of Art. 745; 2015, Art. No. 49-50, 454) following changes:

1. Third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"The serviceman sent to sanatorium organization for continuation of treatment according to the conclusion of the military-medical commission after hospitalization in hospital, permits are provided free of charge".

2. After the paragraph of third to add with two new paragraphs of the following content:

"In case of the direction in sanatorium organization for continuation of treatment after hospitalization in hospital of the serviceman which for health reasons needs assistance according to the conclusion of the military-medical commission the permit in this sanatorium organization without the treatment right is free of charge provided to person who accompanies it.

The disabled person of the I group and person who did not reach 16-year age" cannot be person who accompanies the serviceman in sanatorium organization.

With respect thereto the fourth - the eighth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the sixth - the tenth.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within one month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
