About modification and amendments in the Code of Turkmenistan about administrative offenses

1. In Article 89:

to number contents of Article in figure "1".;

to state the sanction of part one in the following edition:

add with part of the following content:

"2. Repeated making of the offenses provided by part one of this Article within one year after application of measures of administrative punishment –

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of five to ten, on officials – from ten to fifteen sizes of basic size.".

2. Add Article 109 with parts of the following content:

"4. Making of actions which brought or can be led to shallowing or pollution of deposits of underground waters, –

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount up to three, on officials – from five to ten sizes of basic size.

5. Abuse of regulations of use of wells –

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount up to three, on officials – from five to ten sizes of basic size.

6. Repeated making of the offenses provided by parts one, the second, third, fourth and fifth this Article within one year after application of measures of administrative punishment –

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of three to seven, on officials – from five to ten sizes of basic size, on legal entities - from ten to fifteen sizes of basic size.".
