Article 1

Bring in article 29 of the Federal Law of May 8, 1994 No. 3-FZ "About the status of the member of the Federation Council and the status of the deputy of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation" (in edition of the Federal Law of July 5, 1999 No. 133-FZ) (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 2, Art. 74; 1999, No. 28, Art. 3466; 2001, No. 32, Art. 3317; 2005, No. 19, Art. 1749; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4042; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4217) following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in part two of the word "at least one year" "at least five years";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in part three of the word "in case of execution of powers of the member of the Federation Council or deputy of the State Duma from one year up to three years - 55 percent, over three years - 75 percent of the monthly reward of the member of the Federation Council, the deputy of the State Duma" "in case of execution of powers of the member of the Federation Council and (or) deputy of the State Duma from five to ten years - 55 percent, ten years and more - 75 percent of the monthly monetary reward of the member of the Federation Council, the deputy of the State Duma".
