1) in Article 4.1:

a) to add the subitem 8 of Item 1 with words ", associations of insurance agents, merging of insurers, insured persons, beneficiaries";

b) add Item 3 with subitems 4 and 5 of the following content:

"4) specifying on the fact that the joint-stock company is public, for public joint stock companies;

5) the words "consumer society of mutual insurance" for societies of mutual insurance.";
