1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about payment procedure of cash cover by the serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and to some other persons approved by the order of the Minister of Defence of Ukraine of June 11, 2008 No. 260, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 14, 2008 on No. 638/15329, which are applied.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes in the Instruction about payment procedure of cash cover by the serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and to some other persons

In the Section VII:

to state subitems 7.3.4 and 7.3.5 of Item 7.3 in the following edition:

"7.3.4. Allowed in accordance with the established procedure to temporary fulfillment of duties on established posts of junior officers, the minimum official pay rates provided in states for faces of younger officers on these positions are paid to faces of sergeant and foreman structure which pass military service under the contract.
