1. Bring in the Regulations on implementation of depository activity approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of April 23, 2013 No. 735, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 27, 2013 for No. 1084/23616 (with changes), the following changes:

Item 33 of Chapter 5 of the Section V to state 1) in the following edition:

"33. The central depositary according to the competence on accounting of securities established by the Law based on the agreement signed with the issuer can provide implementation by the issuer of payment of the income for securities. The payment procedure joint-stock company of dividends through depositary system of Ukraine is determined by the Commission.
