1. Bring in structure of Russian President's Council for Countering Corruption and in structure of presidium of this Council, approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of July 28, 2012 No. 1060 "About statement of structure of Russian President's Council for Countering Corruption and structure of presidium of this Council" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 32, Art. 4481; 2013, No. 33, Art. 4364; No. 40, Art. 5056), following changes:

a) include in structure of Council of bad O. A. - the head of department of the President of the Russian Federation concerning anti-corruption and to exclude from it Dubik S. N.;

b) as a part of presidium of Council:

include Bad O. A. - the head of department of the President of the Russian Federation concerning anti-corruption (the responsible secretary of presidium of Council);

line item:

"Fedorov A. Yu. - head of department of the President Russian

               Federations concerning public service and

                personnel (responsible secretary of presidium

               Council)"

replace with line item of the following content:

"Fedorov A. Yu. - head of department of the President Russian

               Federations concerning public service and

               personnel";

exclude Dubik S. N.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
