1. To state Item 2 of the resolution in the following edition:

Determine that in case of change of factors which significantly influence the level of the regulated retail prices on natural gas determined by the Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market (the relation during transition period) approved by Item 1 of this resolution specified retail prices can quarterly be reviewed.".
