About cooperation in the field of compulsory national social insurance

The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus and the State Social Security Fund of the Azerbaijan Republic which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

wishing to develop bilateral cooperation on the basis of equality and mutual advantage,

considering that this cooperation will serve common interests and to make contribution to increase in level of social and economic development of both countries,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties according to the national legal system will develop cooperation in the field of the national social insurance.

Article 2

The cooperation between the Parties will be performed in the following forms:

exchange of regulatory legal acts and information and analytical materials concerning the national social insurance;

holding joint seminars, the round tables promoting experience exchange in the directions of cooperation, exchange of delegations of experts for the purpose of studying of work experience in compulsory national social insurance;

carrying out joint social surveys on the basis of the approved programs.

The this Protocol does not interfere with the Parties in development of other forms of cooperation in case of mutual consent.

Article 3

The parties will perform cooperation in forms, stipulated in Article 2 this Protocols, proceeding from the financial and organizational opportunities.

Financing of the expenses connected with participation of the representatives in the joint actions provided by the this Protocol, the Parties will independently perform according to the national legal system.

Article 4

Any disagreements which can arise between the Parties concerning interpretation or application of provisions of the this Protocol will be settled by negotiation and consultations between the Parties.
